Creative Marketing for Home Service Businesses
We help great home service businesses look as good online as they are in real life
Most Marketing Tries to Get Attention.
That’s Not the Same as Earning Trust.
What We Do at Kallos
We help successful home service businesses look as good online as they actually are in real life.
-
We define how your business shows up, what it stands for, and what it needs to consistently communicate to become the trusted choice in your market.
-
We document your work, your people, and your standards through high-quality photo and video. Our focus is establishing credibility, not filming trendy tiktok videos.
This is how your business starts looking as professional online as it is in real life.
-
We manage your social presence with intentionality: Posting consistently, maintaining quality, and reinforcing your position as a serious business.
No pointless “happy earth day” graphics or silly industry jokes. We’re shooting for a professional presence that builds recognition over time.
-
As needed, we help reconstruct how your business presents itself—visually and verbally—so it stands apart from competitors who all look and sound the same.
Too many companies have the same boring slogans and the same ugly trucks. Getting to the next level means finding your own look.
-
We use Google Ads to amplify businesses that already look good—not to rescue weak brands.
When done correctly, paid search reinforces authority and captures demand that already exists.
If you already have a Google Ads partner you trust, that's fine — this is an add-on, not a requirement.
What We don’t Do
We don’t promise guaranteed leads.
We don’t sell short-term marketing tricks.
We don’t race competitors to the bottom on price.
If you’re looking for the cheapest option, we’re not a fit.
If you’re building something that needs to last—we might be.

Bradley Gossett
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I’m Bradley, the Creative Director at Kallos. I started Kallos after working at a large agency that made big promises and delivered mediocre results. I knew I could do better — especially for the home service businesses I grew up around. Now I lead creative direction, content capture, and strategy for every Kallos client. I'm the one on-site with a camera, making sure the work looks as good online as it does in real life.

FAITH HARRIS
CONTENT MANAGER
I’m Faith, the Content Manager at Kallos, and founder of Wrightsville Beach Scene! I have nearly 10 years of marketing experience, and while I’ve had a few odd jobs along the way, I always find my way back to creative marketing. I live in Wilmington full-time with my poodle, Cape. I love reading, crafting, playing sports (when I’m not being too competitive), and most of all, I love Jesus and everything He’s given me.

MIRIAM EVANS
PROJECT MANAGER
I’m Miriam, the Project Manager at Kallos. I handle project logistics, timelines, and client communication—and I genuinely love keeping things organized and moving in the right direction. I work closely with our production team to make sure everyone’s aligned, collaborative, and focused on the same goal, creating a smooth, stress-free experience from planning all the way through final delivery.

Claire Gossett
PRODUCTION STYLIST
I’m Claire, and I got pulled into this company because Bradley likes to bring his wife with him on bigger production days ;) I have found my place in making sure the shot list gets done and clients are comfortable on camera. It’s really helpful to have an extra (womanly) set of eyes checking the shots to make sure no stray hairs or wardrobe issues sneak into the final product. I love working with this team and Kallos’ clients!

BLAKE BAXENDELL
GOOGLE ADS & SEO MANAGER
I’m Blake, a longtime Wilmington local with over 18 years of experience helping businesses show up better online. I focus on web development, SEO, and Google Ads. My partnership with Kallos is aimed at bringing experience and expansion to give clients a more powerful, all-in-one marketing approach.
What’s in the name?
Kallos is a Greek word (καλός)that means “beautiful,” “good,” or “noble.” In ancient Greek, it describes not just outward appearance but also inner quality. A person isn’t truly kallos—beautiful—unless they are also noble in character. Similarly, a structure isn’t good unless it’s solid both on the surface and within. We hold our work to that same standard—beautiful on the surface, solid at the core. For us, that’s how we embody Kallos.
